As Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing electrical control panels for process systems. The Electrical Engineer supports custom design projects as well as develops standardized products.

The role is based in Chatsworth, CA
What is the role?
- Actively pursue and implement new fabrication methods and procedures that would improve overall work and efficiency and increase company profitability.
- Prepare Bills of Materials and select equipment and hardware per customer requirements while maintaining the overall project budget.
- Prepare detailed electrical wiring diagrams and control panel layout drawings per internal engineering standards and UL requirements.
- Assist Test Engineers on Factory Acceptance Testing FAT.
- Participate in field startups, Site Acceptance Testing SAT, and commissioning trips when required.
Does this sound like you?
- 3 - 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Working experience with AutoCAD Electrical, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with UL508A and NEC standards
- Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD Electrical , UL508A and NEC standards
- Electrical design calculations and weld symbology
- Electrical component selection
- IIPP / ISO training

Salary range for this role is: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00
