What is the Opportunity?

As a Field Service Engineer, you will perform equipment commissioning, site acceptance testing, on-site preventative maintenance, on-site equipment troubleshooting and repair and provide customer training.

The role can be based near Philadelphia or Los Angeles locations and requires up to 75% travel.

What is the role?

• Travel to customer site to perform commissioning, Site Acceptance Testing, on-site preventative maintenance, on-site troubleshooting and repair and provide training to customers
• Participate with in-house Factory Acceptance Testing
• Provide feedback to engineering, project management and manufacturing
• Maintain detailed field service trip reports
• Work with engineering for drawing and software updated based on field service work performed
• Provide remote client support

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years relevant work experience preferably in manufacturing
• UL508A and NEC standards
• Process controls and instrumentation experience
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Working experience with AutoCAD
