The role is based at the head office located in downtown Montreal and we enjoy a flexible hybrid work model with two days a week at the office.


What is the Role?


To support our growth, we are looking to add a new member in our Corporate taxation team. Reporting to the Director of Taxation, your role as a Senior Analyst will progressively develop in assisting the Tax team in:


  • Supporting the OECD Pillar 2 implementation by coordinating with foreign subsidiaries controllers for information gathering and systematically analyzing the results;
  • Coordinating and preparing the quarterly and annual income tax provision;
  • Participating in the preparation of Canadian and US tax returns, information reports and workpaper, as well as drafting tax technical memorandums;
  • Maintaining a Tax Calendar and gathering the tax returns from foreign subsidiaries to perform key analysis;
  • Collaborating with corporate functions and business divisions for identifying, drafting and updating Transfer Pricing documentations;
  • Conducting basic tax research and to respond ad-hoc requests from operations, such as tax matters in foreign countries, global mobility concerns and VAT issues;
  • Acting as a liaison and contributing to the decision-making process in various corporate initiatives and strategic projects.

Does this sound like you?


  • Bachelor's degree and Chartered Professional Accountant CPA designation;
  • Minimum three 3 years of relevant taxation experience in a firm and/or industry;
  • Fluent in French and English.
