The role is based at our shop located in Round Rock, Texas. Some travel will be required and you must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.

What is the role?
- Accountable for production at the Round Rock shop
- Charged with overseeing personnel, organizational structure, and performance at the Round Rock shop
- Tasked with meeting regulatory requirements at the Round Rock shop
- Responsible for the maintenance of the Round Rock shop and its equipment
- In charge of managing the Round Rock shop budget
- Other duties as assigned
Does this sound like you?
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; additional technical training preferred
- Knowledge of welding, fabrication, and assembly techniques pertaining to structural steel
- Expertise in production of fabricated and assembled equipment produced at Round Rock shop
- Proficiency in materials control
- Subject matter knowledge in QC and safety procedures
- Competence in Regulatory Issues
- Hands on self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision
- Prior experience with Syteline or other ERP systems is a plus
- Must have good communication skills with both team members, vendors and customers
- Ability to lift up to 30LBS, walk, climb and use various equipment
