We're looking for a dynamic Industrial Sales Leader to strategize, and drive success across our industrial water markets, empowering a high-performing support and execution team to capitalize on one of the fastest-growing sectors in infrastructure today. This role blends hands-on leadership, major account development, and strategic market expansion - perfect for ambitious, strategic sales professionals ready to lead from the front and grow with a global brand. The role can be based remotely, or for local candidates, in our Salt Lake City Office. Expected domestic travel is 20-40% domestically, with occasional international trips.
Your Impact
- Own the Sale: Independently drive business development efforts by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new industrial water opportunities across targeted markets.
- Develop the Strategy: Shape your territory's go-to-market plan, aligning Ovivo's technology and delivery solutions with evolving client needs and market trends.
- Hunt and Close: Build a quality pipeline - develop your own leads, engage prospects, and close complex, high-value projects ($1M-20M in scope).
- Deliver Solutions: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients, translating technical needs into tailored proposals with support from the engineering team.
- Grow the Territory: Expand Ovivo's footprint by establishing new client relationships and uncovering previously untapped market segments.
- Be a Market Maker: Represent Ovivo in the field - at customer sites, industry events, and trade shows - actively building awareness, trust, and momentum.
You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or Technical discipline preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive success in industrial water/wastewater solutions sales.
- 3+ years of team leadership, mentorship, or management experience.
- Working knowledge of key water and wastewater processes such as DAF, MBR, Ultrafiltration, biological treatment, Reverse Osmosis to name a few.
- Proven ability to sell complex, engineered solutions directly to industrial clients.
- Background in industrial verticals such as Food & Beverage, Chemical, Pulp & Paper, or Renewable Energy is highly valued.
- Confidence in speaking to Operators, Engineering teams, C-suite.
- Strong strategic mindset combined with tactical execution ability.
- Willingness to travel 20-40% domestically (occasional international trips).
