What is the role?

In this role, you will act as a key technical contributor in designing applications and program solutions, enhancements, and integrations of third-party solutions for CSI10 ERP CloudSuite Industrial, SyteLine ERP. This role includes supporting incident management, new implementations, and ERP upgrade projects. Additionally, the Analyst/Programmer will assist in designing and implementing new or modified system functionalities to CSI10, maximizing the effectiveness of data collection, processing, and reporting in line with company policies, requirements, and strategic objectives. This team player will support other developers in solving application bugs and developing new concepts for designs and features in CSI10 ERP. Proficiency in multiple programming languages is essential for efficient scripting and coding, as well as suggesting new functionalities and changes to applications, particularly with CSI10 ERP.

Key Objectives

• Act as a key technical contributor in designing applications and program solutions, enhancements, and integrations of third-party solutions for CSI10 ERP.
• Perform and assist other team members in ongoing system maintenance, research, problem resolution, and support tasks for existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with prescribed methodologies Mongoose and take ownership of their work.
• Perform or assist with integration and system testing to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of CSI10 ERP functionality and the Mongoose framework development environment.
• Support the implementation of solutions/enhancements into production.
• Support Infor OS: Ming.le, ION Workflows, Homepages, IDM, IFS, XM, and Factory Track preferred.

Education

• College diploma in IT, or equivalent work experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the CSI10 ERP transformation/upgrade project to a multi-tenant cloud as required.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement application software in support of business initiatives. Prepare related technical documentation.
• Evaluate user-reported issues and work with other team members to resolve them.
• Become familiar with business processes and assess global business activities to determine proposed solutions and potential impacts.
• Ensure the integrity and validity of data extracted from applications.
• Assist with the implementation of software in new sites, including importing data from legacy systems, testing, and validation.
• Develop test plans; perform testing per approved plans and coordinate end-user testing activity.
• Develop interfaces to external applications such as financial packages, tax systems, and banking interfaces with CSI10.
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Provide documentation and user support.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Does this sound like you?

• In-depth development and extensibility programming with VB.net, C#, SQL, and the Mongoose development environment.
• Specific experience designing solutions and integrations for CSI10 ERP.
• Ability to recommend, develop, and test integration strategies and solutions using Rest API, SFTP, Infor ION, and other methods.
• Extensive C# custom assembly development.
• Working knowledge of relational database design and concepts.
• Proven experience or demonstrated capability in working on IT transformational initiatives in complex and dynamic environments.
• Experience in roles requiring attention to detail, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid background in designing, developing, and testing various software applications.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of multi-site programming, analysis, and system administration.
