What is the Opportunity?

As an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of Ovivo. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and operations, to ensure proper documentation and approval workflows. Additionally, you will assist in month-end close activities related to AR/AP, prepare accruals, and support audit and reporting requirements. This position offers the opportunity to be an integral part of the finance team and support leadership with critical financial insights.

The role is based in our Plano, TX location and will work on an in office, full time schedule.

What is the role?

• Understand and follow company procedures and policies
• Support team-oriented safe work practices and effective communication
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and customers
• Perform duties as required for the corporation
• Contact customers for payment follow-up; create and manage invoices and credit/debit memos
• Process payments, deposits, and credit card transactions in ERP and banking systems
• Maintain customer and vendor records; manage tax exemption certificates and lien releases
• Reconcile AR/AP accounts and support audit requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice issues and ensure proper approvals
• Handle intercompany transactions, credit card reconciliations, and annual sales tax filings
• Maintain payment portals and scan/verify financial documents
• Perform general administrative tasks and follow safety procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 3 years of finance or accounting experience
• Manufacturing experience, post qualification
• Global corporate environment experience
