The role is based in our Round Rock office. This role will have a flexible in office schedule but will be required to be in office Monday - Friday.

What is the role?

  • Responsible for managing front office responsibilities
  • Coordinate monthly Lunch and Learn events;
  • Assist with guests and visitors to include hotel and airline reservations
  • Plan and coordinate breakfast and lunch meetings and dinner reservations as requested
  • Establish relationships with local hotels for corporate discount programs
  • Provide assistance to the marketing department related to events, tradeshows and other functions
  • Responsible for tracking and order of office supplies and materials. Ensure that materials are well maintained and tracked.
  • Manage building maintenance and janitorial services
