Summary

OVIVO is looking for an Sales Support Coordinator to join our Aftermarket Sales team in the Sedimentation group located in Salt Lake City. This important position is responsible for managing relationships with aftermarket accounts (under minimal supervision) and supervising response to clients, from beginning to end. You will be responsible for generating customer quotations, following through with possible sales opportunities, and ensuring that orders are carried out in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aftermarket customer accounts within the product line assigned.
  • Create lasting relationships with customers that result in additional sales.
  • Handle RFQ's from customers for standard and non-standard parts.
  • Work with the delivery managers to creatively determine solutions to customer needs.
  • Provide prompt, accurate quotations and/or information to customer requests, and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
  • Verify customer has received complete orders and close out for invoicing.
  • Other duties as assigned may be required.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

  • Two years of post high school education
  • 5 years' experience in Customer Service/Inside Sales or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills and proven ability to resolve customer concerns.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft related products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint..)
  • Technically savvy, and able to quickly learn additional software packages.
  • Excellent organizational and relationship skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to both internal and external customers
  • Travel for training and/or to vendor facilities, less than 10%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with customer service software (CRMs) and/or Inventory Software packages (ERP) is beneficial.
  • Inside sales/customer service experience for a construction company or water treatment company is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with municipality purchasing departments and/or engineers.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret industry related documents such as specifications, engineering drawings, purchase Orders, and other related documentation is a plus.
