WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent to support our growth and expansion. You will collaborate directly with managers and business leaders at our various sites across North America and Canada to secure critical talent while maintaining the highest quality standards in a rapidly evolving landscape.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
• Work closely with managers to fully understand open positions, work environment, cultural organizational fit and critical skills needed for each position and/or department.
• Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool; managing the candidates through the end-to-end recruiting process; provide regular updates to hiring managers and business leaders; work with compensation, HR and hiring managers to create compelling offers and provide a seamless handover to HR operations for onboarding
• Build connections and relationships with colleges and trade schools; attend career fairs and trade shows as needed and be responsible for building Ovivo's brand and name recognition.
• Cultivate and maintain proactive internet sourcing methods to support robust building of candidate pipeline including our ATS and third-party products, i.e., LinkedIn.
• In conjunction with HR Generalist, you'll manage Ovivo's referral network from employees.
• Ensure that all applicant tracking systems are accurate and maintained in order to extract data required for reports and analytics.
• Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both a technical baseline and as well as the ability to be successful in the Ovivo environment.
• Be onsite at our office in Round Rock Hybrid.
• Some travel to attend career fairs, trade shows, and college recruiting events 15% or less.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
• 3+ years of experience supporting complex manufacturing and high volume production environments
• Strong sense of urgency and a passion for what you do.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Outstanding multi-tasker and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and managers on a daily basis.
• Ability to work closely with managers at all levels as a trusted partner.
• Expert at sourcing tools including Linked-In, other job boards, passive recruiting, and social media.
