What is the Opportunity?

ALAR is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in helping to achieve sales objectives through efficient coordination of sales activities, strong internal communication, and excellent customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and marketing support, including management of internal social media platforms.
• Assist in maintaining and nurturing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Monitor and respond to website inquiries and sales leads, directing them to the appropriate sales manager.
• Administer customer service surveys and compile feedback for internal review.
• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, corporate events, company promotions, and client luncheons.
• Schedule customer visits and organize equipment demonstrations for sales managers.
• Track the status of incoming and outgoing lab samples.
• Process new job orders and distribute interdepartmental reports.
• Prepare and maintain budgetary estimates for prospective clients.
• Support sales forecasting and generate performance statistics and reports.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business administration or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or account management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, and experience with CRM systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with sales forecasting and data analysis is a plus.
