As 2nd Shift Supervisor, you will provide site leadership, guidance, and administration for Mokena (Alar) production, staging, and storing facility.

The role is based onsite in Mokena, IL facility.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Responsible for day-to-day shift production at Mokena (Alar) facility
• Responsible for personnel and performance at the Mokena (Alar) facility
• Responsible for meeting regulatory requirements at Mokena (Alar) facility
• Responsible for maintenance of Mokena (Alar) facility and equipment at the facility.
• Expertise in production of fabricated and assembled equipment produced at Mokena (Alar) Facility
• Familiarity in QC and safety procedures
• Familiarity with materials control and equipment loading
• Performs all work in accordance with established company procedures
• Other duties as assigned

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS WILL INCLUDE:

• High School Diploma
• Experience in the Water Treatment industry
• 5-10 years of experience with various aspects of business such as safety, production, marketing, supply, and demand management
• Experience in metal manufacturing, welding, plumbing, and/or electrical fabrication
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proactive problem solver
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex industry related documents and drawings
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing on a technical level. Must have demonstrated interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Ability to make decisions requiring the use of multiple variables in complex non-standard situations
• Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a range of intellectual and practical problems
• Proficiency in Word, Excel
• Familiarity in Autocad and Inventor
• Familiarity with ERP system
• General mechanical aptitude
• Daily walking, lifting, and climbing (stairs and equipment)
• Able to lift to 25 pounds
