We're seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our Salt Lake City team. This is a hands-on opportunity for an undergraduate student interested in HR, organizational development, or people operations to contribute to meaningful projects that strengthen our culture, support employee growth, and enhance our HR infrastructure.

What You'll Do

As an HR Intern, you'll work closely with experienced HR professionals and business leaders on high-impact initiatives, including:

Career Pathing & Skills Development

• Partner with working leaders to gather role-specific skills, competencies, and progression expectations
• Help build Career Path Matrices for multiple job families
• Support documentation, organization, and presentation of career development resources

HR SharePoint & Knowledge Management

• Assist in designing, organizing, and updating our HR SharePoint site
• Improve navigation, content structure, and user experience
• Help ensure employees can easily access HR tools, policies, and resources

Core HR Support

• Assist with onboarding activities and employee engagement initiatives
• Support learning and development programs that foster growth and innovation
• Contribute to HR operations, documentation, and process improvements
• Help promote a safe, inclusive, and values-driven workplace

You'll receive close mentorship, exposure to HR processes, and the chance to make real contributions that help our people thrive while we work together to change the future of water.

Who We're Looking For

• Current undergraduate students pursuing HR, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related fields (junior/senior preferred)
• Strong interest in organizational culture, employee development, and HR systems
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with employees at all levels
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Alignment with our values: integrity, teamwork, innovation, diversity, and environmental responsibility
• Ability to work in our Salt Lake City, UT office (in-person or hybrid depending on program needs)
