As a Pilot Coordinator you are expected to work as an important member of the project execution team that manages most major aspects of projects in accordance with customer requirements, company procedures, established project margins, and committed schedules.

The role is based in our Salt Lake City location, where you will enjoy a hybrid working environment. and will require up to 40% travel to suppliers and job sites.

What is the role?

• Manage and track a fleet of pilot units across the USA while supporting operations, product manager, and field staff.
• Organize all logistics and site requirements of the units during commissioning and demobilization.
• Support field staff requests by liaising with procurement, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure timeliness of all materials and shipments.
• Track site sampling including shipments, lab receipt, turnaround times, and filing lab results in a data storage system.
• Process all invoicing approvals for materials and lab costs ensuring accuracy and rectifying discrepancies.
• Monitor project costs and schedules and communicate them internally to the project group and management as required.
• Develop and maintain relations with various laboratories ensuring fair rates and implementing supply agreements.
• Maintain pilot documentation ensuring it is current to pilot design and any modifications.
• Desire to understand and contribute to the development and deployment of highly technical products in the water treatment industry.
• Recommend product improvements and standardizations.
• Recommend improvements to overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Other duties as assigned

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of 2-3 years of directly applicable technical experience.
• Ability to identify areas of risk on a project and development strategies to mitigate risk.
• Must be able to communicate on a technical level, verbally and in writing, and present in company meetings.
• Mechanically inclined person preferred in a heavy industrial equipment.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Knowledge of principles of Project Management.
• Preferred knowledge of Screening Equipment and Municipal and Industrial Water and Wastewater systems.
