What is the Opportunity?

As Product Manager – PFAS Solutions, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for the PFAS product portfolio during the full sales cycle, acting as the bridge between customers, sales representatives, engineering, and downstream execution teams.

What is the role?

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for your product line during the sales cycle, supporting customers, sales representatives, and internal teams from project pursuit through bench testing, piloting, and definition of commercial solutions. Following award, partner with Project Management, Engineering, Lab, and Field Services teams to ensure continuity of process intent through execution and start-up.
  • Support sales efforts throughout the sales cycle through customer presentations, application support, solution development, and process guidance.
  • Partner closely with Project Execution, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth project handoff, resolve execution issues, and support successful delivery.
  • Provide technical training and customer support for internal teams, sales partners, and end users across E2METRIX's PFAS product portfolio.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support technology selection and system integration, combining concentration, destruction, and polishing solutions into complete PFAS treatment trains.
  • Apply process sizing and costing tools to develop budgetary CAPEX and OPEX estimates that support sales efforts, proposal development, and early project screening.
  • Provide technical review and validation of process designs, specifications, layouts, and drawings.
  • Support proposal development, RFP/RFQ responses, and customer presentations.
  • Develop and support marketing materials, including product collateral, technical content, case studies, and other sales marketing material in collaboration with the internal marketing team.
  • Assist in organizing and attending trade shows, conferences, and industry events, supporting booth presence, customer engagement, and technical discussions.
  • Prepare technical abstracts, case studies, and presentation materials to support conferences, publications, and thought-leadership efforts.
  • Maintain and support the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of customer engagements, opportunities, technical support activities, and market intelligence related to PFAS solutions.
  • Support the transition of bench-scale and pilot testing into full-scale projects, ensuring continuity of process intent and incorporation of operational lessons learned.
  • Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events to support project success and market growth.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor's or Master's M.S. degree preferred degree in Civil and Environmental, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Process Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 3+ years of process engineering and sales-related experience in water/wastewater/waste/landfill leachate industry in North America.
  • Experience with PFAS, waste industry, or leachate is preferred.
  • Specific experience troubleshooting and/or operating pilot equipment systems.
  • Professional Engineering Registration preferred CPEng, RPEQ, or equivalent.
  • Ability to apply advanced mathematical equations to complex situations.
